Ziada Mall supplies farm machinery, agricultural equipment and related products to customers in Kenya.
Our products may be purchased through our website or through other sales channels operated by Ziada Mall.
2. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing.
Product images are provided for illustration and identification purposes. Minor differences in appearance, packaging or manufacturer presentation may occur where these do not materially change the product ordered.
Customers should review product specifications carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your intended use, please contact us before purchasing.
3. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Ziada Mall will contact the customer and provide appropriate options, which may include an alternative product or cancellation of the unavailable item.
We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
We aim to keep prices accurate and up to date. If an obvious pricing or website error occurs, we may contact the customer to correct the error before completing the order.
Delivery charges are separate from the displayed product price unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
Ziada Mall may contact customers to confirm product availability, delivery arrangements, payment information or other order details before processing or dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
6. Payment
Ziada Mall currently accepts:
- M-Pesa
- Cash on Delivery for eligible orders and locations
Cash on Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location, order value, product type and delivery arrangements.
Certain high-value, bulky, special-order or long-distance orders may require a deposit or payment before dispatch. The customer will be informed before such payment is required.

7. Delivery
Ziada Mall delivers within Nairobi using riders or designated delivery drivers.
Orders outside Nairobi are primarily dispatched through Speedaf, subject to the size, weight and nature of the equipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, road conditions, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Ziada Mall does not accept change-of-mind returns where the customer has received the correct product in good condition.
Returns may be accepted where a product is defective upon delivery, damaged upon delivery or different from the product ordered.
Such issues should be reported to Ziada Mall within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Returns, inspections, replacements and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Product Inspection
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.
Visible damage, incorrect products or defects apparent upon receipt should be reported within 48 hours.
Customers may be requested to provide photographs, videos or other reasonable evidence to help us assess a reported problem.
10. Product Use and Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment is used, installed and maintained appropriately and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Where professional installation is required or recommended, customers should use appropriately qualified personnel.
Ziada Mall is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, negligent operation or failure to follow applicable operating instructions, subject to applicable law.
11. Warranties
Certain products may carry a manufacturer or supplier warranty.
Warranty periods and conditions vary between products and manufacturers. Customers may contact Ziada Mall for information regarding the warranty applicable to a particular product.
Warranty claims are subject to the applicable warranty conditions.
12. Website Use
Customers must not intentionally misuse the Ziada Mall website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access where necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, website content created for Ziada Mall, including text, graphics and branding, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without authorization.
